Welcome to Luna's Lore Homemade candles!
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

This website is operated by Luna's Lore homemade candles, a UAE-licensed business under Dubai Economy License No. 1563236. All transactions and deliveries are subject to UAE law.

2. Products & Pricing

All our products are handmade in small batches. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received through our secure payment gateway (Tap Payments). You will receive an email confirmation after completing checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delays may occur during busy seasons.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Liability

We take care to ensure all products are safe when used as directed. Please follow our candle care instructions to prevent accidents or damage. We are not liable for misuse or neglect.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and designs are owned by Luna's Lore Homemade Candles and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
