Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your candles! If not, here’s how returns work:

1. Eligibility:

   • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

   • Item must be unused, unlit, and in original packaging.

   • Receipt or order confirmation required.

2. Non-returnable items:

   • Used or burned candles

   • Custom-made or personalized items

   • Sale or discounted items

3. Refund Method:
   Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hi@lunaslore.shop.

4. Return Shipping:
   Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged Orders:
   If your item arrived damaged, please email photos within 24 hours of receipt to hi@lunaslore.shop so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
